+++ Koichiro Matsuura, Director-General United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization " through a concerted effort involving 23 UN agencies, the World Water Assessment Programme will produce the World Water Development Report"… to give "access to a regular assessment of the global and regional water situation".   feature the Austria-Uganda School Art Exhibit on Water and a Dialogue on

• A seven kilometre human chain along the Ganges River in India to raise
